one of the docs other sites got hit. raincorp.com can you see if they are on Bluehost. If not can you track down what hosting provider they have so I can try to secure the login details? 

once this is cleaned up let's set up a hosting account via that host you recommended - site ground. Let's set them up with a package that would allow a few domains to be put on it. We can use the doctors credit card to set up the account. Lets print off the receipts so we can submit to the doc.
