On Friday - 7/12/19 at 10:09 AM, I filled out the pop-up form for Vein & Laser. I did get a call back at 12:33  PM from Jordan which I did not answer. However, I did call back and told them I was interested in a Coolsculpting consultation and had filled out the form online. The receptionist could not answer any of my questions and referred me to Jordan. I was placed on hold for a few minutes and told they were not available. I was told I would get a call back from someone to go over the questions and set up the appointment. I never heard back from them as of today. Will contact them again after 12 PM if they do not contact me first.

Make sure to call one of the callrail numbers so it is recorded. Please ask about how it works, the cost, how soon you can get an appointment etc.

Yes, I know. I always use a tracking number from CR.
I have about 4 to 6 general questions I ask them.
How much does it cost?
Is there any downtime?
Does insurance cover it?
Does CS really work?
How long before I see any results?

I have completed the secret shopper task to Vein & Laser. You can read and hear exactly what took place on Hubspot here -

You can also read the other information on the CS sheet.
Whitney - I went ahead and created a report for you to send to the client - if you so wish - in a Word document.
It includes both calls - the one on Friday 12, and the one today. It also includes the CallRail MP3 files of the calls.

How did they do overall?
Hector Mota, Operations Manager at Medstar
Well the fact that receptionists who answer the phone are unable - or unwilling - to answer any questions about Coolsculpting is somewhat surprising. Each time, I had to wait on hold for either Jordan or Heather to answer my simple questions. Both times I had to call back because neither were available to do so.
As far as the pricing - Whitney may know more about it than me - but I thought she quoted me too high. She - Heather - said that it was $1,250 to $3,000 per session.
