Chris, I do not see any activity for them on CR. 
So the link to their website on the Spreadsheet is for ALL VIO Sites. There is no phone number for Strongville until I searched for it. 
I called the following number = 440-238-6898 = Same on the CR page. 
Call went directly through, no CR message about the call being recorded so this is not set up yet.

Also, I do not have access to them via GTM so I cannot add the java Script.

Only the developers have access to their GTM. Ill ask them to submit it again

Chris Zelig, Medstar Chris , following up with you on this. I just checked and called one of their tracking numbers and it is working. But, the numbers on the website is not changing. Second, other than my call now, there is no other activity on their account which means calls are not being tracked properly.

Wanted to follow up with you on this since you told me to remind you. I just checked their site and the number is not switching. Developers did not seem to have added the Java Script code to the site yet.
