the only contact I see from them thus far is an email they sent at 
8/15/2019 at 11:02 AM yesterday.
However, looking at the call history, I see no text, phone calls o Voicemails from them as of today. Will keep you posted if it changes.

Chris, I went ahead and performed the 2nd phase of the secret shop call to VIO Medspa. 
Agent Selena was super cordial, helpful and very energetic when it came to Coolsculpting. She offered me discounts right off the bat and mentioned a new promotion. 
I can post the results here or in a report for you about what transpired during the call. Please let me know.
