we are having some conversion tracking issue with this client's Facebook campaigns. Every time someone fills out a form, it is counted as a conversion. 
Shane has checked his side and nothing seems to be broken. 
Is this something you think may be due to forms being messed up in some way?

I believe that is on Facebook itself that they are being counted as a conversion.
