How are you?

In case you are not aware, Google ads is now requiring that all accounts serving ads in the US are verified. This includes providing documentation which demonstrates that the business is eligible to run ads in the USA. 

The verification is for your Google ads account - Waters Edge - V Puodziunas 130-465-7598 -.  As of now there is no deadline for you to verify the account. However, that can change in the future. Coincidentally, having a verified Google ads account provides many more benefits to Google ads clients than those whose accounts are not.

The good news is that I have already begun the verification process for you. I have now verified the business part of your company. However, we still need to verify your organization or business. 

You will need to provide Google Ads with the following documents:

A document for the organization 
  •  A letter or notice issued or stamped by the IRS, such as CP 575 that confirms your Employer Identification Number (EIN) 
  •  A copy of the organization’s Form 8871, 8872, or 990 from the IRS website 
  •  A state-issued certificate of business registration or incorporation 
  •  Your organization’s most recent SEC filing, including Form 10-K, 10-Q, or 8-K 
  •  A business credit report from Experian, Equifax, TransUnion, or Dun & Bradstreet 
An ID to verify it’s really you 

  • Driver's License
  • State ID
  • U.S. Passport or Passport Card
  • Green Card
I am attaching a blank W-9 form just in case so you can see what it looks like and fill it out. To try and verify the account yourself, you can login into this Gmail account support@inception-websites.com   where Google ads has sent instructions. 

You can also send us the documents, and I can take care of the entire process for you. Since I have extensive experience with verifying these accounts, I can handle it for you. Or we can set up a Zoom meeting so we can help you take care of it.

Continued to communicate with the Doctor. He kept sending me IDs that did not show all 4 corners. It appears he got upset and began the verification process on his own. Now I am getting a message I never seen before. I sent the Doc a follow up email. Was able to retry verification. Waiting for result. 


Doc, thanks for sending the documents over. 

I went into your account to begin the verification process. However, it appears that someone on your team may have already begun the 
2nd phase. As a result, I am not able to verify the account the way I normally do. 

Now. Google ads is requesting your DUN & Bradstreet number.

I was able to bypass this request. It is a first for me because with the letter and ID you provided, it would have been sufficient. 
I am attaching a screenshot below of the request from Google ads. 

I tried my best to retry the verification process for you again. It is now under review. However, we may have a problem since 
Google ads team is really touchy about the information matching everywhere; even with something as minute as a period.
