Just curious - Why we used this plugin when Elementor pro already support header and builder functionality?

The client wants to change the order of the services on the Home Page to:

#1 Medical Spa

#2 Wellness & Anti-aging (please move Wellness from the bottom to after Medical Spa and change the name to Wellness & Anti-aging)

#3 Please change Pain Relief to Natural Pain and Regenerative Clinic and then have two sections underneath labeled:
