 So this client has 2-3 events each month- and the form I'm making is USUALLY the same. ( Meaning I will just continue to copy the form for each event, and just change a few dates & info around)

Would we have to connect each form to the spreadsheet each time, or would it automatically go over?

It wouldn't take more than couple of seconds.

By default. Google forms allows to send notification to only single email address.

To send notification to multiple addresses for any new response. We can either use this addon or we can also use ZAPIER.

Hey Isaac thanks so much. What I mean by "forms" is "google forms" - these are private events sent through emails and won't be mentioned on the website.

This form I will "copy" each month ( similar questions- just dates changed)

Will it be too hard to notify multiple emails? and if so- how do I change my email address to just one of theirs? Do they need to be "owner" of the form?

To create new Google form to the same spreadsheet. You can do that easily by selecting existing spreadsheet instead of new. Please see attached.
