- Just came here to give you an update on this. I finally got a reply back no this from the GHL support team and all they replied back and have said to use the workflows instead of campaigns and triggers which could be causing this. They have depreciated the "campaigns and triggers" in GHL and no longer actively maintain them. Since we have the triggers and campaigns set up in almost of all our 200+ sub-accounts. It would take days to switch them all to workflows so I am  currently in the discussion with the Chris and Vania regarding this. Meanwhile if you see this same issue on any other client secret shop test. Pleas let me know. Thank you for all your help.

 - I typically wait 7 days from the input of the lead to give them enough time to send out the 3 automated texts. This lead was input on 1/25/23 at 3:02pm EST, I did not reply until 2/1/23. Up until 2/1/23 I only received 2 text messages from them. (one on 1/25, and one on 1/27) Vania said the one on 1/27 was not one of the automated texts but a text personally written... 

All campaigns has a setting "Stop on response" enabled.
