Let's avoid having everything being listed in the sitemap. Once this is done, we can verify via the search console.

Worked on making sure to only Index Pages, Post & Author for Whole Body Solutions - Dr. Ann D. - www.wholebodysolutions.org}. Removed tons of content types marked for Indexing. Updated YOAST SEO settings. Did not need to send HTML file to Isaac since I had already got it verified on Google search Console and resubmitted sitemap_index.xml for new indexing.
