Their Google ads are already turned off.
I am not seeing a pop up for them on Optinmonster

Ivonne, not sure what you mean by remove leadsheet? Remove it from where? 
And send it to them? We send the clients the leadsheets at the very beginning. 
Isaac, please turn off the Zaps as well. 

Ivonne, we never delete GTMs for clients once they leave. We can delete or pause the optin monster tags, etc if that is what you mean.

Hector Mota, Operations Manager at Medstar Hector - By removing leadsheet she means to remove any of their staff access from the sheet and then download the file locally and send them as a attachment.

So that means we are all set then correct?
Nothing left on the list to take care of?
I have paused all of their GTM containers now.
I am seeing that users on the leadsheet have been removed. I updated access to RESTRICTED now.
