Don't panic over learning mode. If the offer is wrong, ads need to be updated. In general, we want to avoid it as much as possible - but if something needs to be done, it needs to be done. She gets good volume, so we'll quickly be out of learning mode. It's best to assume that ANY change will restart learning mode. It's not entirely true, but Facebook constantly changes the rules about what will and won't trigger learning mode.

I didn't realize that disabling ads put everything back into learning mode, I though that only updating creative would. Can you please help me understand this b/c Megan is now freaking out about her FB botox ads in learning mode.

 I had a conversation with the client about ads going back into learning mode. I let her know that if we only disabled some ads, then this would not happen. What she sees is creative that had "30 unit min" on it but now it doesn't and, now everything is in learning mode.

I'm happy to have a call at any time with the client, but we can't do a line-item "this keyword is too expensive" kind of thing because if you take the money away from that term, it just pushes the same budget somewhere else and makes a different keyword "too expensive." There's also a fundamental difference between keywords and search terms that are not immediately apparent to most people glancing at the account.

 Conversion tracking for Boerne is broken. If you try to submit the CS form with the location selected as "Boerne" it does not go to the confirmation page, it just shows a message. I cannot track this type of conversion which explains the clients terrible performance.

 the client didn't request it this way. It was set up like this upon onboarding - I was not the CSM at the time. Please, take the measure that you believe will create the best outcome and best ROI given their high spending. IMO it would be to increase the targeting radius to ensure the locations around Beorne listed above are covered, but I'm not the expert, you are!

Update, we DO want to include a wider radius for the Boerne location that will include Kerrville, Comfort, Fredericksburg, Ingram, Fair Oaks Ranch, and surrounding areas. Just waiting on your advice,

, Willow's four campaigns on Google have high cost/click and low conversions. We talked about either increasing the location targeting to 15-20 miles / location OR consolidating the campaigns by location so; one campaign for CS spannnig both locations and one for dermal fillers spanning both locations. Which do you recommend?

As I mentioned on the meeting, there is no amount of scrubbing you can do to bypass circumventing if Google ads feels it is circumventing. 
Having said that, if Advance removes the CCs belonging to Willow - along with any other website info - from the account and ads, then we may be able to bypass it..

- Advance has confirmed they own Willow's Google ads account, and are not willing to give that account over due to owning "anything related to the marketing funnels is ours. This includes the ad account itself, the landing page, and the funnels."  Is there any way for us to be certain Advance Media has deleted the information we need to be deleted so that a new account can be created without triggering circumventing systems?
