both wanted info on how to work the medstar app and the opportunities "game board".
requested the leads from advance media be input into the medstar app (jessica did so)
questions about getting leads in. they have been "hanging in there" without cs leads coming in as they usually do.
discussed Jessenia giving me info on how many leads have been coming in with advance / week and / month so that we can have an aim. looking to get the same number of leads at the lowest budget threshold we can.
staff is doing a ton with social media.
talked about being classy with the ads engagement when haters and trolls come around.
showed them how to see their ads and the metrics around them.
