 Received message from Paige regarding this client's Google ads account. I went ahead and verified access to it under Mymedstarmedia.com to Google ads account -640-886-5074 - . Updated spreadsheet and tasks, let the team know. Also updated the name on the account and changed it Zen Vitality - 640-886-5074- to make it easier to find and tell apart. 

Checked and saw that the account had spending the past month, no smart campaign needed.
