So this client is concerned about the lack of leads coming in. I went ahead and tested the forms, all working fine. 
I have also performed a GTM fire test, tags are firing fine. 
Can you please check on your end using your MKT wisdom to see if you can find any problems?

A few things 

1 ) Facebook is not live because I only have videos for elite. If Chris/Whitney is ok with it, I can update to our typical creative and relaunch. 

2) Leads are up in Google 99% last 14 days vs 14 days prior. CPA is down 51%. I think I got things turned around here.
