Admire Aesthetics also has a restriction on their account. They are only running Coolsculpting but we have a Semaglutide campaign on deck.

Can you please investigate this issue?

Also, I am turning off their completed campaigns as you can see in the screenshot below. It is affecting our ads reporting.

This account needs to verify some information.
However, it looks like only the client can do it from their account since it is not letting me choose the account from our MCC.

Tiffany will need to follow the link and provide them with the documents and answers they need. Facebook should then lift the restrictions.

Are you sure you are not confusing this client with another one? I do not see anything on my emails about this account being hacked. 
Moreover, I am seeing that Facebook is giving the client the option to verify the account.

Okay, that is crazy. Most of these clients click on the phishing emails from Facebook. 
So we need to ask her if she changed her password recently. If not, then she should, just in case.
