Hector Mota, Operations Manager at Medstar Hector - can you have it be part of the protocol to pay attention to new accounts when they launch to make sure leads are tracking.

That sounds like a plan. 
But we will have to go over the lead tracking protocol on Facebook later on today during our meeting. 
I want to make sure I do it correctly since you know I am not too familiar with Facebook new Ads manager interface.
