Chris - We already have this URL - https://www.admireaesthetics.com/coolsculpting/c in optinmonster redirect settings.

But it seems they have a condition set in the backend that only when someone submits the webform on the coolsculpting page will be able to see the content on confirmation page and schedule appointment with them using the widget they have on it.

If you get redirected to this confirmation page through some other form or popup or try to directly access it in browser. It will appear as blank.

Since we don't have access to their website backend. Need to check with client's developer on this.

Thanks for checking into this and clearing that up for us Isaac.
This is a major headache right now because we cannot properly track their leads.

Isaac and Chris   I am also not seeing the NOTES populating. Worse yet, I just filled out the SIDE FORM on CS page and the lead is not showing up on their leadsheet. 

Hector Chris - In the email with steps marketing guys if I recall correctly they said they don't provide integration with webhooks but they can add a new notification email which we can connect to leadsheet using zapier api.

But that email needs to be authorized under our zapier account.

We can use hi@medstarpatients.com

Good grief, I remember now. Chris has not followed up on that email.
