Hi!
This is the list of contacts that should NOT be FULL DND.  They should, at minimum be able to receive emails.

The client is worried that because so many people opted out of the text blast due to duplicates of the same contact, that some of those contacts will be marked DND for all when they should be marked DND ONLY FOR TEXT

We need to be sure that none of these contacts become duplicates and, that whoever is on this list as a full DND is still marked as OK to receive emails.
