So I am seeing a problem with the Side and bottom form on the https://www.admireaesthetics.com/coolsculpting/ page for this client. 
I am not seeing the leads show up on the lead sheet. 


Also, the POP UP is not going to the confirmation page - 
https://www.admireaesthetics.com/coolsculpting/c
As a result, tags are not FIRING, conversion tracking is messed up. 

Can you please take a look at this and see if you can fix it right away?

I am adding you to the conversation. 
We do not want STEPS with access to our Zappier account. 
However, we do need the POP UP conversion page added on our end. Please take care of that.

Good morning.
I just tested the pop up and I still DO NOT see it go to the confirmation page.
It simply says the message -
thank you for your submission =

So it appears that the regular pop up is not going to the confirmation page.
Second, the $1,000 off pop up is going to the confirmation page - BUT IT STAYS BLANK.

I made a quick video for you to see.
I am unable to see if the tags are firing.

Which page we need to redirect the regular popup to?

The problem is that when we fill out the SIDE FORMS,
the confirmation does not stay blank.
It goes to this page or screenshot.
In turn, if you see below, the tags fire correctly.
The other way, the tags cannot fire because they
go to the blank page or stays there.

Isaac, I tested the side form and not the lead notes are not appearing. 
I sooo dislike working with a third party marketing company. 
I sent them an email to find out what is going on.

Okay so now I tested LP https://www.admireaesthetics.com/coolsculpting/  side form twice and I am only seeing one..
It took a few minutes for the lead test to show up. 
Also, when you go to the CS page, it takes a few seconds with the A LOGO, then page loads. Same thing happens when you fill out the form at the end. 
Geniuses over there at Steps Marketing and their website developers.

 It took a few minutes for the lead test to show up.  - Yes, this delay is because the form is not directly connected with the leadsheet like we have on our other client websites. On this particular form we have connected it through Gmail.

So this is how it's currently setup

FORM > hi@medstarpatients.com Gmail > ZAPIER API > LEADSHEET.

I just checked on Hipatients and I am seeing both leads now. 
I guess the delay is what did it. Thanks for explaining why it happens. 
On the load time, let them deal with that then.

Maybe it is nothing. However, I submitted a lead on this side form at the top https://www.admireaesthetics.com/trusculpt-id/
and it did not go through. I then went to the bottom one after waiting a few minutes and I entered a different one. Soon after both leads showed up. But the one I entered first came in 2nd.
I just want to make sure nothing is broken since it took so long and another submission before the 1st lead showed up..
