Chris  what services should we start building out the campaigns for first?

I spoke to the client. She wants to move away from Infusion Soft altogether in the future, and use only GHL. Just checking that this is aligning and we don't have a miscommunication.

Emily  a list of what the most important campaigns are-

1- coolsculpting (ads)
2- TruBody (funneling from TrusculptID and Trusculpt Flex pages)(will have ads)
3-  Semaglutide (will have ads)

Nicol yes. So we need to create some workflows Isaac  can you watch the video here and login to her account and set up the emails and workflows for CoolSCulpting, Trubody, LHR whatever they have in there. If something seems to intense or time consuming let me know. I told her I would comp her 5 free hours so if something takes longer let me know. I think we start just with Coolsculpting and Trubody - set up the workflows and in emails you find and texts but do not make it active. Isaac I sent you the video with the email

Chris Isaac i've been looking around in their infusion soft account and everything seems to be forms and a few emails that are documents of information. 

I'm not really sure how we should go about adding that type of information into the workflow.

Am I a Candidate form for Coolsculpting. I feel like we should still have this “am I a candidate” form on the website under Coolsculpting maybe add it under true body as well as muscle and Velashape. Maybe we should alter the questions so that it can be fitting for all of the procedures, then we can just use the same form in all sections? Or possible have the same format but customize the questions for each procedure? That could be easy. What are you thoughts? I just know that we get leads off of this, so I definitely want to continue utilizing it."

Emily - I just reviewed both the forms. Both are basic forms which we can create on WordPress.

No matter what options I select it always says "You are candidate". I choose NO in all the fields and it still says "I am a candidate".

Also more important question is what happens when the leads get submitted through these forms and reach to their account?

I tried to check it on my end but unable to get in their account with the above credentials. Getting invalid credentials error.

Also were we able to get the correct login credentials to their Infusionsoft account? So I can check if they have any automations setup for the forms.

In the GHL. To which campaign the form submissions will go?

Emily Nicol - We have the infusionsoft forms that client client have on the website built in GF now. I need to know to which campaign in the GHL I should connect them to?

Should I create a new campaign and add the same email they currently have setup in the infusionsoft account?

Emily - Before making this change we may need to train this client on how the staff will follow up with the lead.
