Isaac  it's also lagging by 5 minutes or so, can you have it go out within 1 minute?

until we figure it out i deleted the name field from the campaign. 

whitney.zelig@gmail.com - It was due to layout changes in the notification email made by Admire Aestheticss team. 
I have now re-configured the zap and the "name" field data is coming in the correct format now.

FYI - We have the Coolsculpting form on their website connected to highlevel and lead sheet below way.

Form submission > hi@medstatpatients.com inbox > zapier > leadsheet > highlevel.

We went this way as we don't have the access to this client's website.

Since we don't have the form directly connected with the Highlevel there is a couple of mins of lag.

Also due to this same reason. If they make any changes to the form notification email layout. (first step) It will mess up all other steps in the zap.
