Good morning.
I began to do a PageSpeed Insights for this client's site and I found some interesting stuff. First, their Desktop version scores is high at ranging between 79 to 86. However, they have a very low score on Mobile. They range about 24 to 27 on mobile. This is the area we need to fix.

Good morning. 
Amazing work as always. 
One thing though. I am noticing that the score fluctuates on Pagespeed Insights. I ran several tests and the scores change; especially on mobile. 
My question is this, is there another metric tool we can use that is more steady? 
The screenshots you took, are those for GTMetrics?

Yes, they are from GTmetrix. You can use that or the Pingdom tools as well.
