The salesperson that answered our call was friendly and professional. However, she did not answer pricing questions in a recommended way and there could have been a little more excitement built around the spa and staff. 

When being asked about pricing whether it is on the phone or via text message we recommend providing the lowest price point for an applicator and then mentioning that an accurate price can be provided during the consultation. 

We recommend that you schedule a Front Desk Training so we can review strategic ways to answer pricing questions. It will help the overall customer acquisition of your business!
