We do not have access to their website so it may be on them to connect it.

How can we fix it then?
I have the Optinmonster code in the GTM. It has been set to live. 
What do you recommend? 

We should try adding the code directly in the website source files instead in GTM.

Hector  - check again I think shane published. I prefer to do it from GTM as we do not have access to the site

I just checked the page again and I am still not seeing any pop up. 
I also saw Shane republished the OptinMonster tag 2 days ago and nothing. 
I have followed every step on my end as well and still nothing. 

Isaac  - the popup shows up a little slow can you see what you can do to modify

I did not see it yesterday as well. I thought it may have been my computer since I have visited that page so much. But I cleaned out the cookies so I was wondering.

Isaac  - can you speed this popup up a bit. 

Chris - I'm still not able to see any popup on my end. 

In Optinmonster settings, it's already set to appear instantly. So even if it would have been appearing on my end. I can't speed it up without having access to the site backend.

Isaac  - will you please open up a ticket with Optinmonster

Isaac  - I saw it on Mobile but it took like a minute to popup, I even removed the 5% rule. Ask support why it is loading so slowly.

Chris - We can't contact Optinmonster support regarding this since in their system it still says "Website is not connected". For this reason. It's not showing this domain in domain field we are facing issue on while trying to create a ticket.

I have asked Hector in another thread to provide me with GTM manager access for this website. Will look into it.

Hector Chris Jonnamae - I figured out the issue. It's the Adblocker extension. Disable it fir this website and then try again. You should see the popup instantly.
