why do images blurr out when uploaded from canva to the shopping cart sometimes? - It's because they get cropped out by theme default settings.
On Jupiter X theme you can edit it from customizer. Once you are logged in go to customizer > WooCommerce > Product images > set the thumbnail width size to same as product image original size.
