this client wants the automated texts turned off. I am encouraging her to learn the app but it may take sometime for them to book a refresher training.

Can you please show me how to do this so I can turn them back on as soon as they request? Please, turn them off as soon as you are able to.

Also I am seeing 2 contacts active in the automated text campaign. Should I remove them from the campaign?
1) leads will go to GHL
2) leads will NOT receive the automated text
3) stop the active contacts from receiving automated text. They should not be removed from the campaign altogether.
