Isaac Klausnser, Medstar Isaac this client wants the automated texts turned off.  I am encouraging her to learn the app but it may take sometime for them to book a refresher training.

Can you please show me how to do this so I can turn them back on as soon as they request? Please, turn them off as soon as you are able to.

Nicol Razon, Medstar Nicol - Do they want the leads to not go in their GHL at all or just don't want them to receive the automated text but the leads will still go in the opportunity.

Also I am seeing 2 contacts active in the automated text campaign. Should I remove them from the campaign?

1) leads will go to GHL
2) leads will NOT receive the automated text
3) stop the active contacts from receiving automated text. They should not be removed from the campaign altogether.

Nicol Razon, Medstar Nicol - DONE. Unfortunately it's not possible to pause the events in a campaign. They needs to be completely deleted or create a duplicate of the campaign and then re-connect the new campaign in the zaps.

Let me know once they are trained and I will do my best to get them back up again asap.
