I spoke with Nicol on the phone. She said there will not be an offer on this page. She is assigning Kellie a pop-up since ads are running to say 'schedule a consultation' and to update the hero image. 

Nicol Razon, Medstar Nicol once both the hero image(mobile & desktop versions) and pop-up are ready from Kellie let me know. I'll swap out the image and assign Charmae to create a pop-up for this page. 

I have updated the LP. It is not advisable to change the slug for SEO reasons, so please get with Whitney to confirm if that should also be updated so we can let Shane/Hector/Isaac know to redirect ads.
