Use this model, without the background:

Does Medstar have an adobestock login I could use? I'm happy to look if you've got too much on your plate. Are the images above already purchased by us?
Here is the login:

Thanks for that! At the risk of sounding super creepy, I'm gonna potentially sound creepy.
The gaze the models you posted above are meant for women to admire. This piece is meant to sell men. The gaze and shot needs to be geared toward selling to a man and that includes the idea that many men look for bulk and age upward. For women we age down, for -- reasons.
So I've got some I pulled below. I'm leaning toward tshirts b/c it shows size without showing the detail of a ridiculously unrealistic body. Although, a lot of our women models are unrealistic, absolutely. I also focused on a gaze that wasn't sexualized for woman. Unfortunately, the one I like most, the white-tshirt, is $$. What are our rules around cutting off heads on sites? What about the grey shirt with bicep curls?
I know this conversation may be superfluous now, but it could be just around the corner we have our clients tell us they sell to enough men that we should at least have the correct style of marketing on the site. Thoughts??
