Thanks for sending this information over. Actually, I was about to send you an email regarding this issue.
 The good news is that I have already begun the verification process for you. I have now verified the business part of the organization. However, we still need to verify the identity of your business, organization and the main person behind it. 


You will need to provide Google Ads with ONE of the following documents:

A document for the organization 
  •  A letter or notice issued or stamped by the IRS, such as CP 575 that confirms your Employer Identification Number (EIN) 
  •  A copy of the organization’s Form 8871, 8872, or 990 from the IRS website 
  •  A state-issued certificate of business registration or incorporation 
  •  Your organization’s most recent SEC filing, including Form 10-K, 10-Q, or 8-K 
  •  A business credit report from Experian, Equifax, TransUnion, or Dun & Bradstreet 
An ID to verify it’s really you 

  • Driver's License
  • State ID
  • U.S. Passport or Passport Card
  • Green Card
 I am attaching a blank W-9 form just in case so you can see what it looks like and fill it out. To try and verify the account yourself, you can login into this Gmail account Admire Aesthetics at  info@admireaesthetics.com   where Google ads has sent instructions. You can also follow this link. Please note that you would need to be logged into the info@admireaesthetics.com Gmail for the link to work. 

You can send me over the document and photo ID and I can take care of this for you right away. 
The ID needs to be in color, high resolution and showing all 4 corners. (Front and back of the ID is required)
Attached is a sample of how the ID photo should look.
