I tried to update the payment method, could not. I sent Tiffany an email now to let her know.

So they had a problem and cannot access the account. Plus the email tied to the account is no longer accessible. I got a direct call from Tiffany and we spoke on the phone. While with her on the line, I contacted support and spent about an hour with them and was able to get a link to restore the account. We have updated the billing info and site is back up.
