Ivonne I can add this only as a YouTube link because we are using an older page builder on this website. Can you upload it to Medstar YouTube channel and send me the link? While uploading a video on YT you will have option to choose if you want it to be private, public or unlisted (so only people with link can see it). Please choose "unlisted".

I know about the Medstar Youtube channel login. I was under the impression that this was going to the client's = Advanced Rejuvenation Centers = own Youtube channel.
In any event, I am not seeing it uploaded it to the Medstar channel Jonnamae

Isaac  The video doesn't load on mobile, can you see what's causing the issue? Also, can you add a black overlay on top of the video (light black overlay in order to see the logo and text better)? Thanks!

Selena - I just checked.  The video is not loading because it's hosted on YouTube.

Google doesn't allow the autoplay of the background videos on mobile over the YouTube API to save user data.

To get around this we need to upload the video on our server.

Isaac I see... but the thing is we can only add YouTube link as background video.
I uploaded a video to media and then inserted that link, but it doesn't work. That's why I requested a YouTube link. So, do you think there's another solution for mobile video?
