Hello team! I need help figuring out how to best task this out. ARC really dislikes the homepage image and they want it changed right away. https://www.advancedrejuvenationcenters.com/
They said it looks like a vampire. 

What are the dimensions? How is the image updated? Can I get some new options to send to them for approval please and thanks? I appreciate you all!
