Isaac , we need to update the top of the page... to say

NOW HIRING - have them Click on the link -
Then send them to a form that says "Now Hiring a patient coordinator"
Then have
name
Email
Phone
and a Message box that says - "please tell us more about yourself and your experience." Please copy and paste the details of your resume in this box. 
Then have it route to the doctor's email = nyceyedr@aol.com
