I need to remove this client from our PAID Ahrefs account and add them to our free one. 
But before I do that, can you please check their latest site audit and use that info now to fix whatever you can?

Hector Mota, Operations Manager at Medstar Hector - yes, I did many edits on the website today and also crawled the website several times on Ahref today to validate the fixes.

In the last report before credits got exhausted score got up to around 95%.

You can go ahead and remove the website from Ahref paid account.
