I wrote new 2nd and 3rd attempt templates. They had a lot of previous ones set up in campaigns. Let's set up the 2nd and 3rd attempt automated responses as we've been doing in other accounts, using these new templates. And also the trigger where they move into "not ready/in convo" when someone replies. Unless the client tile is in "consult scheduled" or "services sold". Is that possible? Thanks!
So to what stage in the pipeline do you want the lead to get moved to once the reply?
These are the stages they have currently set up in their pipeline.
Its great that they move into "In Conversation" once they reply to a text IF they're leads still being nurtured into sales.
BUT if they're in "consult scheduled" or "services sold" then it's not great because we want them to stay in that pipeline. It was causing some confusion with Le Reve's pipeline for their ROI reports.
Unfortunately, it's not possible. There is no option in the trigger to check the current stage status of the lead in the pipeline.
