I am seeing a connection timeout issue going on with this site = https://www.advancedrejuvenationcenters.com/
It has been down for about a half an hour now. 
Can you please look into it and let me know if this is on us? Or if this is something we need to contact the client about?

Hector Mota, Operations Manager at Medstar Hector - I just checked and they seem to have moved their website to some other server from wpengine as their domain is not pointed to wpengine anymore.

I will need access to their new server to resolve this.

Okay, thanks for checking on this. I will contact the client and see if I can get access. I just wanted to make sure it was not on us.

I went into the account, reset the password and added my own personal Paypal to make a direct payment. Paid for 2 years and it went through. We are good to go now. 
Site is back up and running.
