FB wants me to verify the card but he doesn't recognize the card VISA 4021. However, the card he has on file is different is 7526. I cannot add a card. What is the best way to approach this.

Received phone call from Doctor Saimovici and walked him through getting into the account. I also got into the account but it is asking for a receipt or bill regarding the CC on file. I sent the Doc an email to follow up.

Yes, I have spoken to the Doctor several times over the phone yesterday. I also tried to explain to him that the charges are legit, the card on file may not be. He said all this started when he hired another person to run his FB ads..

But he does not believe it was that MKT guy that added the card. Instead he blames FB. I tried to explain to him that FB would never do that.. Yet he doesn't believe that. 

I had to go back to April 2021 and put together a list of all his spending so he can check. I sent him all the invoices. I will keep you posted.
