Under "shop" on the menu...remove "brilliant distinctions" and "treatments". The only option should be "Products"

also please remove all the mentions of " with Dr. Saimovici" from the forms.
And from the CS form remove "schedule a free consultation with Dr. Saimovici". Just have it say "get up to $1100 off CoolSculpting elite coupon"
