It was due to the title of these thank you pages the elementor page builder stopped working. We need to make sure we don't use <!-- {title} --> in the title on the pages where we have FAQ widget. They don't go well with each other.
I updated the pages that still had <!--{title}--> format, how do you suggest we write these confirmation title pages going forward?

It's just for admin management purpose and leads wouldn't see it.
# I checked for the forms. I checked the contact us page and there was no widget added for the form in there and it's because of that the form wasn't appearing on the page frontend. I now added the form on the contact us page and the form is appearing fine on both desktop and mobile version. I am seeing the shortcode missing from some of the other pages I checked.
Let me know if there are any pages that already have have GF shortcode added and despite that the form is not appearing.
