Hi Isaac Klausnser, Medstar Isaac something is wrong with the conversion tracking for this client. Please see my notes below from what I found from the date range of 8/20-8/26:

Total form fill leads from Google & Meta: 56 leads
Total leads on lead sheet: 52 leads 
Total form fill leads in GHL: 36 leads 

Can you please look into this?

I just checked and seeing 46 records in GHL. If you remove the duplicates in the sheet this number would match.

I am not sure why it's showing more on the Meta/Google form fills though. It could be some of the leads got filtered out as spam. If you can tell me more how we track the form fill submissions on FB/Google ads. I might be able to help.

Isaac Klausnser, Medstar Isaac it might be because some pop-ups/forms aren't connected. Can you please test all of them on the pages we are running ads for?

Emily, Medstar Emily - If you notice this same with any other client. Please ask them Shane on what basis it counts the conversations. For eg. Is the conversions count on the no.of times someone has clicked on the submit button or someone has accessed the thank you page?
