Went ahead and searched the web for client's {Alora LifeSpa (aka Maryland Eye Care Center) - www.mdeyecarecenter.com - EC} GMB page for the {https://aloralifespa.com} site. Found it listed under name {Alora Lifespa} for the -  2045 University Blvd E # 300, Hyattsville, MD 20783 - location and under the following phone number - (301) 363-0130. Used our Support account to send a backdoor request. Sent a backdoor request and updated task to wait for GMB linking confirmation from client.

Good morning. 
I am seeing on this client's spreadsheet that you have that she needs to create a GMB. However, I found the one above so I do not understand why she would need to create another one? Unless it is for a different location. Or if she does not have access to the one above. Can you please let me know?

Hector Mota, Operations Manager at Medstar Hector   Good afternoon! Sorry about that. At the time of the onboarding call when I filled the sheet out they didn't have one created yet. I never got confirmation from them that they successfully created their GMB account, which is why the spreadsheet was not updated. 

The screenshot you shared above is indeed their GMB which they have access to.

No worries, Emily.. Thanks for explaining and letting me know.
I have verified that the backdoor request I sent has worked. We now have access to it.
I will update the spreadsheet.
