How are you?

In case you are not aware, Google ads is now requiring that all accounts serving ads in the US are verified. This includes providing documentation which demonstrates that the business is eligible to run ads in the USA. 

The verification is for your Google ads account -  Alora LifeSpa 812-864-5054 . The verification process needs to be finished by September 30th. Otherwise your ads will be paused and the account could be suspended indefinitely. 

The good news is that I have already begun the first part of the verification process for you. I have now verified the business part of the organization. However, we still need to verify your organization. 

You will need to provide Google Ads with ONE of the following documents:

A document for the organization 
  •  A letter or notice issued or stamped by the IRS, such as CP 575 that confirms your Employer Identification Number (EIN) 
  •  A copy of the organization’s Form 8871, 8872, or 990 from the IRS website 
  •  A state-issued certificate of business registration or incorporation 
  • Your organization’s most recent SEC filing, including Form 10-K, 10-Q, or 8-K 
  •  A business credit report from Experian, Equifax, TransUnion, or Dun & Bradstreet 
An ID to verify it’s really you 

  • Driver's License - Front & Back
  • State ID
  • U.S. Passport or Passport Card
  • Green Card
I am attaching a blank W-9 form just in case so you can see what it looks like and fill it out. To try and verify the account yourself, you can login into this Gmail account Alora Lifespa at  aloralifespa@gmail.com   where Google ads has sent instructions. 

You can add the requested documents yourself or I can take care of the entire process for you. If not, then we can set up a Zoom meeting with Emily & I so we can help you take care of it.

Good morning Alora Lifespa team, 

I am following up regarding your Google ads account verification issue. I have not heard back from you about
taking care of this issue. We only have until September 30th to get this done. Otherwise, your Google ads
account is going to be restricted and your ads campaigns turned off. 

You will also not be able to appeal any ads or restrictions on your account until AFTER this has been completed.
