Chris, Good morning.
In the Facebook ads manager,
Go to Campaigns,
Then select Columns, Custom..
Scroll down and select "Customize columns"
and search for leads. Add Leads to the ones you want to see and then save.
You can also play around and choose which columns show up first or in what order.

BTW, I am not seeing any leads the past week for this client.
Shane could conversion tracking be broken?

Chris and I were referring to Botox Leads, not CS. 

Those are botox. Ad group is just labeled incorrectly.
