When Shane and I tested the side form on the botox page, it spins and hangs without the confirmation page showing up. While the lead shows up, it takes a while.
Shane believes this may be interfering with conversion tracking. 
Can you please look into it to see what is going on?

I just tested it and the page just stays there... I hit enter and nothing happens. I did this 4 times.
But I checked the leadsheet and the lead appears.

Good morning. 
That finally seemed to work. 
The only thing missing is that the time stamp needs to be fixed. Leads on the side form are coming out 5 hours ahead or more. 
Can you check that please?
