there was a small transcribing error with the forwarding number for Always Beautiful's twillio setup. The phone number should have been 720-280-7016 not (720) 280-7106 (see below). I fixed it now but lets go back to all accts and make sure the forwarding number is the correct number for the spa.

And maybe let's also enable the missed call text back feature for all new sub-accts moving forward? thoughts?
I just set one up for Always Beautiful as a fail safe.

For all sub-accounts, it's the same way. Go to reporting > call reporting > select inbound calls from the filter.
Yes, we should have that feature enabled on all the sub-accounts.
Also, can you check that the forwarding number is correct on all the accts? If you are unsure about any of the phone numbers or their seems to be an issue we can start a list so I can follow up with the clients.
I always copy the forwarding numbers from the client's website but on this particular client account I pasted it from the email Whitney shared with me in 2020. So if the phone numbers listed on the client websites are correct then we are good.
