I am not seeing these ads running on Google ads... 
Any reason why?

Also, I am seeing a  66% drop in conversions last 7 days - Seeing a message that ads are limited by budget. How could that be possible at 8K a month?

Most of the performance drop is on form submissions. Is it possible they broke their form? There's no issues with Budget limitations. It's a false positive on that alert.

Okay, thanks for letting me know about that. I have sent Chris an email to try and find out why he paused the campaigns; and did not notify us about it.

It seems the client was complaining about only 2 leads coming in from RF campaign which is why Chris turned them off. 
I will test the forms to see if I see anything off on the tracking.
