Jonnamae Jumawan, Medstar Jonnamae Can you please double-check that we don't have Sculptra B&A images we can add? If we do, I'd prefer to add an H2 somewhere in the content with the pictures, but if not we can absolutely remove the disclaimer portion that mentions it.

With the Thank You form, that's a good question for Ivonne Ackerman, Medstar Ivonne as we would likely change all the forms to match. I like the idea of helping their name stand out!

Isaac Klausnser, Medstar Isaac Sorry to bother.😅 The floating scroll up icon doesn't scroll up when I clicked it (tried already on different browsers). I still have to click the small white at the side of the message floating icon, and click remind me later (which I have trouble clicking on actual phone). After that when that message floating icon gone, I can now click the scroll up. Here's a loom video:
