Overall Summary of lead test: Requires immediate attention & needs some major adjustments.
Insight - The only form of contact the spa took towards this lead was via a confirmation automatic email. There were no phone calls, text messages or any other form of contact done. 

BTW, wondering if we should SShop one more time just to verify this was not a one time outcome?
