Jonnamae please update the button on the gravity forms to also say "GET COUPON"

There is no final graphic this works. Please close the task once you have completed updating the buttons on the Gravity forms

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. These would have been built in Optinmonster, they were there at the time, so not sure how they vanished.

Hi Hector and Isaac , I was also puzzled because when I checked it earlier on sleeknote, the graphic picture that should be for cs was still there and not LHR.
When I checked it on my end, the cs image was there also. I'm sorry, I don't know why this is happening. 

Charmae Isaac  this seems to keep happening on some accounts which is weird. But different page graphics appear on pages they shouldn't. Isaac can you please look into what can be causing this?

Charmae - I just checked and the below popups are set to appear on all the pages on the website which seems to be causing the issue. Can you please update the display settings in these two popups?

Charmae - For the pages that Hector has reported popups not appearing. Can you please cross check their display settings in the sleeknote?

It seems you are getting the cached version served in your browser and that's why you are not seeing the popups. Client had a cache plugin active on their website which I have now temporarily deactivated. Can you please check again now on your end?

For the side form not populating in the sheet and on some forms you are not getting redirected to the thank you page and instead seeing overlapped thank you messages it's most probably because of the reason you are testing too many forms using the same IP address in a very short time window.

Please check again using a new IP address and different data each time you submit the test data on the GFs. I tested them using this method and all of them are working fine.

I wondering how that is possible when I am using Incognito mode each time? And testing on different browsers? I am also using GS Location changer in some cases. 
In any event, I will try again using the said methods you mentioned to see if everything is fine.

Isaac something is off with the Amarillo gravity forms. They are not converting to the thank you page or capturing data that I can see from what I tested. I checked the form settings and they seem to be correct. Will you please look into this?

I also noticed the pop-up seems to have a semi-transparent going on, I can see and click on the links that are meant to be behind the pop-up

Hector - Sorry for missing your questions. When you are checking in the incognito mode or any other browser on your system. Your IP address remains the same which gets saved in the DNS cache. If it's not possible for you to switch to a different IP address you can also try flusing it through CMD or terminal depending on what system you have on your set up.
